We met Joe at the bus stop and already knew he was a great Dad. We just bought a home with him,

going from acreage, to traditional properties, to the beautiful historic home we bought this week.

Joe was highly knowledgeable about every type of property and was a fierce advocate for our

Joe helped me to purchase my home approximately 3 years. When the first home I was interested in was a total disaster, he advocated to get my money back from the holding company. When I found the second home that I fell in love with, he worked to get me the best deal possible.

I was looking to relocate my family and did not know where to start, when a work associate referred me to Joe Carroll. I could not be happier! For negotiations, you definitely want/need Joe. He got great personality.This is short, for all I can say is, I glad he did my negotiate. Also he will tell you when it a good idea to walk away from a deal. One old house he saved us from. He was able to see the bigger picture.

Joe Carroll was a first class realtor. Very responsive and helped me through selling and buying a

Joe was great to work with in selling our home. He provided a lot of information up-front and

throughout the process, was always available for questions and helped make the selling process

fast and stress free. We also worked with Joe to purchase a home. We received the same

outstanding service during the buying process. We ran into a couple of bumps during the buying

process but Joe helped us navigate through them and helped with our lender when we received

less than great service from them. I highly recommend Joe for any home buying or selling need.

Joe was absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and make sure

we were completely satisfied with the house we fell in love with. He even went above and beyond to

help us get contractor quotes for work we wanted done once we closed on the house. We felt he

always had our back through the entire process and made sure we got the best deal possible.

Extremely easy to contact and reach any time of day. Amazing with our kids too. Can’t say enough

Joe was our daughter and son-in-laws realtor on a recent purchase. We were visiting them and had

no interest in purchasing a home, but Joe just made it so comfortable to just look at homes. He

listened to our likes and dislikes and filled us in about the various communities. It just made sense

to move closer to family and he showed us the perfect home. He is a true professional, has

professional associates and what he doesn’t have in his toolbox, he finds out and responds

immediately. We don’t plan to move for a very long time but he is the realtor we will use, if needed,

and will recommend to our friends and family!

My husband and I attempted to buy two houses prior to us reaching out to joe. Before we started working with joe we were frustrated, defeated and felt like our deadline to get into a new house was crashing in on us. Immediately, the day I called joe he dropped everything he was doing to help us and make himself available to make sure we got into the house we wanted! He ALWAYS has a positive attitude and made house searching fun and the least stressful as it could be.. at one point I thought, this has been too good to be true, this process is going way too smoothly.. when is this going to fall through? It never did, we successfully got to closing and got an amazing deal, but it all boiled down to Joe making us his priority and helping every single step of the way. As an active real estate investor I've had business dealings with realtors all over the United States, and I can say, without reservation, that Joe Carroll is the most dedicated, trustworthy, cordial, and knowledgeable professional that I have encountered in decades. I needed to obtain some information on a property in the East St Louis area that was acquired on my behalf at a tax lien auction. As a resident of California, I was not familiar with the area. Nor did I know whether the property was occupied, or whether it was marketable. Being a first time home buyer I attempted to do as much research as I could but still knew very little in the grand scheme of home buying. Joe could not have been better in answering all of my thousand questions including location, resale value, and overall house worth to get a great home and a great deal. I also was finishing work in California so all of the paperwork for closing was done via email or over the phone. All of this made easy by Joe and again his professionalism and responsiveness gave me a great peace of mind.
